  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

  • Please note: during busy seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Delivery Time

The average shipping time is 3–7 business days, depending on your destination.
Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, postal delays, or peak shipping seasons.

Shipments are handled by reliable international carriers, and all packages come with a tracking number for transparency.

Depending on your location, customs fees or import duties may apply upon delivery.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on:

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear once the parcel is in transit.

6. Responsibility During Delivery

  • If tracking information confirms that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Cideema - Vancouver cannot be held responsible for loss or theft after delivery.

  • If you notice an address error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels may incur reshipping fees.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
