All transactions are processed in CAD (Canadian Dollar) unless otherwise displayed at checkout.

2. Payment Security

All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted connections and handled exclusively by Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
These providers comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), ensuring that your card or wallet details remain private, encrypted, and never stored on our servers.
You’ll always see the 🔒 padlock symbol in your browser or device interface, confirming a secure connection before submitting payment details.
3. Payment Processing

Your order will only be processed after the payment is successfully completed.

Once authorized, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your purchase.

If the payment fails or is cancelled, the order will not be created.

Occasionally, your bank or wallet provider may place a temporary authorization hold; this will release automatically once the payment is confirmed or declined.
4. Refunds
If a refund is approved (for example, following a valid return), the payment will be sent back to the same method used for purchase — your credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay — within 14 days of us receiving and verifying the returned item.

Refunds cover the product cost only; shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Your bank or wallet provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to show the refund in your account.

If you notice an unauthorized or incorrect charge, contact our support team immediately at support@cideema-vancouver.com.
We’ll review the transaction and, if necessary, liaise with the relevant payment processor to resolve the issue promptly.
